This was a fantastic stay, way better than my last trip to manchester. The decor was modern, and having workout equipment in the room was a real bonus! The staff was super friendly and helpful, really went the extra mile.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and a free airport shuttle. During my first stay, the staff provided plug adaptors, and I remember their friendliness. Try the breakfast. it's really good!

What happened to the hot water?

We stayed for 4 nights and had a pretty rough time. Pool area had exposed wires—yikes! No hot water in our rooms for a night, and breakfast was freezing. The staff? Only one person smiled. At least the beds were comfy, and the breakfast lounge was okay. Just beware of loud bikes in the morning!

Rooms clean and loved the game room, but the parking was too expensive.

So like, we had this great experience at the hotel. It was a clean and comfy place, and the staff? Super friendly. Krishna and Nayna at the front desk went above and beyond-they were understanding. Pool area was well maintained, and kids really loved it.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, I’d say it was worth it.
